All EAFC members can use their membership card to pay over the bar at the Clubhouse if topped up in advance via this page. You can top-up in £50 increments by selecting the quantity and checking out in full like a normal online product or event.

Completed top-ups will add a prepayment to your membership account and you need only request that bar staff use your account when settling any bills at The Place.

Please note:

  • The topup can take up to 72 hours to filter through to your account so please plan in advance.

  • You will receive the usual order number and e-mail confirmation which will be fulfilled once added to your account.

  • Topups can only be accepted via this page.

  • You must present your own membership card to be scanned at bar/table in order to use your account at The Place and may be asked for further identification to validate.

  • If you are not a member when top-up is completed, then your top-up request will be cancelled and refunded.

  • You can check your balance by asking at the bar or e-mailing the team at info@edinburghaccies.com.

  • Any outstanding balances on membership account at time of membership expiry/cancellation will be handled as appropriate for each case under mutual agreement.
